Shevaroys College Of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, was founded on March 16, 1994 by the Shevaroys Viruthambal Charitable and Educational Trust to impart exclusive sound, hospitality education specially for students from rural and backward areas of Tamil Nadu.

The college focuses on achieving all round growth of its students. We are not merely class room, theory and syllabus oriented, we are practical oriented, Industry oriented and evolution oriented. The student is called to mature.

Shevaroys offers post graduate courses, undergraduate courses and Craftsmanship courses in maximum number of Exclusive Hospitality Disciplines as compared to any other campus.

Over the years, Shevaroys has built up a vast infrastructure for academic, extra curricular and co-curricular activities, sporting activities, besides hostel for boys, hostel for girls, lecturers’ quarters and Principal’s residence.

Each year our students participate in many National level inter college competitions and bag many prizes. Leading hotels and other companies have appreciated our outstanding performance and have offered many scholarships for the deserving students of Shevaroys.

We maintain a very eco-friendly campus. We also conduct parent teachers meeting.

Our vision is to mould youths with the right attitude and job skills so that we produce enlightened citizens especially from rural India. We impart to them sound practical and theoretical aspects of the international hospitality profession in world class labs for gainful employment in this fast developing tourism and hospitality industry in India and abroad.
