With 16 years experience in the hospitality industry he is our principal.  He has extensive experience in academia and he also specialises in Food and Beverage service operations. He has served in Haden International and Hotel Quality Inn Aruna, Chennai. With his able guidance and experience the college is to be the best in the industry. 

All our staff has both industrial and academic experience.

 

Mr. S. Vijaya Ganesh
Head of the department

Has been certified in “Train the Trainers” programme in hospitality industry

Certificate course in Food Hygiene, Fire Safety conducted by Royal Institute of Health and Hygiene. London.

With a total of 10 years experience he has expertise in housekeeping operations.  He also specialises in tourism and travel management, resort and theme park management and human resource management.

 

Mr. R. Kiruba

He has 6 years experience in hospitality industry. He has worked as a Chef De Partie in Residency Towers in Chenna. He is highly skilled in Food Craft and Carving. He has won several awards in food carving and drawing competitions. He has stood first in the vegetable carving and butter Carving competitions conducted by the South Indian Culinary Association and All India Culinary Competition respectively. He also won the State first award for drawing from Chief Minister Selvi. J. Jayalalitha.

He has 10 years experience in hospitality industry.  He handles front office, flower arrangement, food science and nutrition. He is also responsible for training and placement.

Mr. Balaji has 9 years teaching experience in Computer Sciences. He handles computer applications, systems, accounts and administration.

Mr. J. NirmalKumar
Warden cum Librarian

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

He has been in the catering field for 12 years and has 35 years of work experience. He handles our Hostel mess and he is our college Librarian.

 

Mr. J. Savarinathan
Baker

He has 26 years experience in the field of Cooking and Bakery out which 15 years exclusively in Bakery. He has served as a demonstrator in Kitchen lab and is highly skilled in baking special cookies, plum cakes and variety breads.
